A brief profile of the Partners is given below           CA Surinder Mahajan, Partner     He is the senior most partner of the Firm with over 33 years of professional experience in providing service to clients in various fields. His area of work includes Income Tax Litigation; Strategizing, Structuring and Advisory in Survey, Search and Seizure cases; Tax Opinions, Structuring Strategic investments; etc.           He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in the year 1980 and has been in practice since then.           CA Sudhir Gupta, Partner     He is a fellow member of the ICAI with over 25 years of professional experience in providing service to the clients of the firm in various sectors such as manufacturing, service industries, hotels, banks, schools, trusts, etc. He has experience in the field of Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, Implementation of internal control systems and also Company Law matters.           CA Rajeev Kumar, Partner     He is a fellow member of the ICAI with over 15 years of professional experience. His area of work includes Income Tax Compliance, Advisory and Assessment work for Individuals, Firms and Companies.           CA Deepak Vaid, Partner     He is a fellow member of the ICAI with over 8 years of professional experience in providing service to clients of the firm. His area of work includes advising/assisting companies in raising and managing funds.           CA Sandeep Kumar, Partner     He is a fellow member of the ICAI with over 8 years of professional experience in providing service to clients of the firm. His area of work includes assisting companies in raising funds. He also advises in issues relating to Financial Management.           CA Samir Mahajan, Partner     He is a member of the ICAI and LLB with over 7 years of professional experience. Prior to joining the Firm, he worked with Infosys Technologies Limited, Bangalore and Price water house Coopers Pvt. Ltd, New Delhi.           Samir has extensive experience in advising large Indian and MNC clients on various matters including International Tax, Transfer pricing, cross border tax structuring and domestic taxes.
